Exercise posters for seniors during COVID-19 lockdown

Supporting healthy ageing during lockdown.

During the COVID-19 lockdown period, Monash Council required a series of accessible exercise resources to help older residents remain active, healthy and connected while spending extended periods at home.

Working with Active Monash and This Girl Can Victoria, I designed a suite of instructional exercise posters that clearly demonstrated safe, practical exercises suitable for seniors. The materials provided valuable health and wellbeing support during a challenging time for many members of the community.
