Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

Creating a meaningful Reconciliation Action Plan for QA Electrical.

It was an honour to design QA Electrical's Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, helping the organisation formally articulate its commitment to reconciliation and meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The publication features a commissioned artwork by Melbourne-based Aboriginal artist Simone Thomson, whose storytelling and visual narrative became a central element of the design. Working closely with the client, I developed a publication that respectfully balanced cultural significance with clear communication and corporate professionalism.

The successful completion of this project laid the foundation for future stages of QA Electrical's reconciliation journey.
